A £100 deposit is required for all van and 4x4 rentals and is refunded on the safe and clean return of the vehicle.
The NC500 Camping Package requires a £500 deposit.

Yes — fully comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals.
An insurance excess of £1,600 applies.
An optional excess waiver is available for £20 per day.

Yes — all rentals include 100 miles per day.
Additional mileage is charged at £0.30 per mile.

No — off-road driving is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
All vehicles are fitted with telematics for safety and insurance purposes.
Before You Hire
For insurance purposes, the following applies:
Minimum age: 25
Full driving licence must be presented on collection
Two additional forms of ID required (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, HMRC/DWP letter)
DVLA licence check required (including convictions/points page)
£100 cash deposit required (refunded on safe return)
Checkout sheet must be signed before hire begins
Driving Licence Check
Please provide a screenshot or printout of your DVLA driving licence information (including penalty points).
This can be checked via the DVLA “View Driving Licence” service within 21 days of hire.
During Your Hire

Additional mileage: £0.30 per mile

No smoking or pets (cleaning fees may apply)

Returning Your Vehicle
Fuel must be returned at the same level as collection
Fuel type is shown inside the fuel flap
Key can be left in secure key safe outside hours
Final check-out completed during office hours
Driving Safety
All vehicles are fitted with telematics for safety and insurance purposes.
Unsafe or reckless driving may result in immediate suspension of hire and loss of deposit.
